Quote from: The Schillings on October 26, 2019, 01:13:39 PMHi, J
At the rear of the T4 there are options available to choose.
There is the shower room, the family room but I understand there is also an extended family room version.
And I saw, what I thought, is a brown canvas version rather than the blue/grey lightweight material on the internet somewhere but now
I can't find it.
Anyone else seen this canvas version on line somewhere? Please help!

Good point. I have a 2008 Range Rover Vogue 3.6 tdv8. But it has nearly 300k km and age related mechanical issues are starting to show. I love it. Fantastic on and off road driving experience. It will be difficult transitioning to something else. But I won't be buying a bear new $90k car. Also, terrible mechanical support if a breakdown happens.
Quote from: MarkA on November 02, 2018, 09:58:47 PMWell rant'ed! [emoji41]
It always amazes me the negative fed back we give to people asking questions. Like you guys I used a billy in the fire, add cold to suit and sponge down, it felt great, later I upgraded to a $20 portable pump and shower head, amazing, then I got a "real tent and 4WD (upgraded from a Suzuki stockman and pop tent to canvas and a Nissan patrol) I also got an in car heat exchanger and fitted a pump under the bull bar. After a day playing in the mud with the scouts and there parents a hot shower was a true winner, I had a queue of people wanting showers on remote camps, now with a camper I use a hot water system on longer camps, and why not if water is available and I can spare the gas, people still line up after a day of wet or cold camping,, do I still use the billy and wash cloth, u bet when it's all iv got, but I moved with the times, just like our cars, my first didn't come with a heater, now it's almost impossible to get one without aircon, if it suits you, do the research and find a portable system that can do what you need it to and enjoy, end of rant.

A smooth surface will cause a lot more water/condensation to gather. Especially if the surface is cold.
By comparison the surface of the fibre lining is far greater, and the condensation is not as obvious.
It's still there, but not anywhere near as obvious. The moisture can't gather into bigger drops to fall from the fabric lining.
Air circulation helps clear the moisture laden air, the warmer the air the more moisture it can carry. (up to a given limit.)

Thanks for that - i'll See if I have the keys[emoji849]. No, it's not a portable unit - just a standard car radio type with a removable face ( and Bluetooth etc.
