Whitworths marine have the head liner.
Look for hullliner from most good boating supplies.

Track actually have a reinforcement kit for the rear decks. Adds a little weight but huge difference in strength.

Cant help re the box or suspension but simply changing the studs will solve you're nut problem.  As for offset and wheel protrusion that requires a different axle to solve and it's more costly than it's worth to change the axles.

2nd vote for Ausie explorer. You can load and calibrate you're own maps and it's all kept off line ready to go anytime.

We cut the top off an old plastic Jerry can and fitted a hinge and a latch. Fits In the carrier, plastic bags tuck into the handle and can be used as a grey water catch in a pinch.

I set my batteries up with a timer.  They get 2hrs of charge once a week. No draw. Just keeps em topped up. Batteries are now 6 years old and still hold plenty of capacity. (Close to 85% of new capacity)

Made a bracket for my sola and fitted it here. Used the existing nuts to mount the backing plate.  Plan to update to a redark soon

Track use a tar base sealer for the underside.  Our mk3 still Hase some ply. Built well and no dramas so far.

I needed to make a cover plate and drill a large single hole in it to fit the alternative pump, a hole saw from Bunnings and a little file work sorted it.

Don't do it. Once you get a TVan and GLAMP it's almost impossible to go back to normal camping.

No right handed, but I found I tended to hold things in my right hand and pump with my left so I just set it that way. The handle clears if I swing it round but it's a lot closer to the panel and I figured I'd cop a knuckle sooner or later. Or worse the wife would.
