Eagle Stove
« on: June 09, 2014, 08:28:18 AM »
Hi
Track supplied a stainless steel gas stove with Eagles about 15 years ago. The were a great stove. I can't remember the name and was wondering if anyone can remember?
Also the Stove and Primus Gas Cylinders had a fantastic "Quick Fit and Release" fitting, would anyone know were to get them (maybe they don't make them anymore)
regards Keith

The stove was a Lido Junior.

I'm pretty sure the Eagles used the same gas fittings that Track use on the Tvans. They can be purchased from Track.

I have seen a few Eagles with a Lido stainless steel stove.
Garth have quick release gas fittings, Track also fit quick release fittings to Tvans.

Not too bad really, cheaper than a drop in 2 burner with no grill as fitted to Tvans, would have to be better too!

Thanks Guys
Just got one from a lady in Cairns $120.
It's been used twice and looks brand new, I will let you know how it goes when it arrives.
Just need to check how much Australia Post wants to get it here.

Again thanks for the advice,
regards Keith
