Hi,
I friend of mine is visiting and they just bought a new Topaz Camper. When plugged in to 240V, the outlets in the kitchen as well as the 240V outlet outside doesn't work at all. The switch seems fine, and the battery is charging properly. They have the diesel option.

Any advice?

Pieter.

When we took delivery of our Topaz the 240 v did not work either. The problem was with the 240 volt fitting where the power lead plugs in.
Get Track to repair if this is the same for you. However, you can unscrew it and fix yourself if you must. The male fitting is not correctly assembled.
The batteries may be charging from the solar and not 240 v.

At least the 240V charger and the power cord that is connected to all the power points in a line are both plugged into the power board which is behind the panel that has the mains master power switch.  It would be wise to check that the 240V charger lights which would indicate that there is power to that powerboard.  If there is power there the next step is as Rob M suggests check tht the 3 pin plug for all the 240V outlets is also plugged in and plugged in properly.  If I remember correctly, with your Topaz Rob, the 15 Amp cable was almost too thick for the plug so it didn't allow the plug to be pushed right in on the powerboard.

Correct Harry. Even after it had been fixed once by Track the same thing happened again before Track fixed it properly
