The links is still working, make sure you are using the username and password in the correct case.

Works for me. As mentioned by Aidan both the user name and password are case sensitive.

I suppose if that doesn't work for you use an alternate browser.

It does not work even with google chrome and yes I am aware that it is case sensitive. I am still getting the same 403 notice.
