Barb, is it the 100 series, or the 105 series like mine with the big differential housing across under the front.
You might like to include that info, might just be the thing that swings it for you.
Maybe even if you included the Model designation HDJ100, HZJ100, whatever it is on the build, ID plate, in the Engine bay.
If it's the same as mine, the ID build plate is on the Firewall above the Brake master cylinder, just in front of the driver.

I can't take the truck off you right now, be good, but just cause no end of trouble.

I can answer that it is the 100 series GXL, to answer the other bits will have to ask the other half.
