Great job on the build.

I have a RAAF tactical trailer. If I had heaps of time would build a Tvan shaped removable pod to put on it.

Your approach is also something I've contemplated.

I did this set up a few years ago. Pretty simple, but didn't like the tent. So scratched the camper set up, but still have the trailer.

I'm planning a similar project for my Eagle:  a 1997 MC2 in great condition. My plans are a little different though as I don't see the lockers as structural enough for adding the weight of a RTT and supporting structure, partiulcularly for the long term, corrugations etc.  (No criticism of this build, just going a slightly different direction - just in case).  I'm basing my frame structure on the old 'boat rack' style and plan to attach the RTT to this with about 300mm gap between the top of the lockers and the bottom of the RTT.  The 'lid' will be similar to. a gullwing arrangement that opens to each side to allow access to that storage area.  Just in the planning stage, but was really interested in this project as it has lots of features that I like. (Although I do like the old greyish colour that Track used at the factory ;-).  Thanks for sharing and I hope to post up my build when I get some time to work on it.
