Would love to find an Eagle at the right price to modify and put my Camper Trailer top on also.
Then I get to have the best of both worlds  ;)  :D
Thanks
Ian

I hear you Ian.
Just did a search on Gumtree and was surprised how much peeps are still asking for them.. A 20ish yr old camper. ???

Having said that, you can get lucky sometimes.
Mine was advertised for sale in the West at $6500 if I recall - Had to get rid of it as they just bought a caravan and were moving back east. I paid $3k

Hey Greg,
Yes they are up there  ;)
Thanks for the links, that was not a bad price on yours. Ideally I just need to find one with a tent that's totalled and needs a tidy up.
Now, enough of my wants. Keep those photos coming, will be great to see it done and you out there enjoying it  ;D ;D
Thanks
Ian

Camper update 7/1/17
Was another huge day in the shed today as I stripped the temp spray booth walls down and started re-fit of all the trailer components.
I still have the door rubbers, main water tank, and electrics/light etc to install but all is going back together well.
Another couple of weeks before the replacement cross suspension arms arrive as the supplier stuffed up the first ones.
I should be able to get the tilt top/tent/awning set mounted next weekend so that will be interesting.
Will absolutely be an epic first journey out as this thing has nearly killed me.
Later.

HWS, front water tank (still needs plumbing), bottles, spare all mounted.

Ladder is mounted... Just waiting to install the tent and top.
Rear holes where 240v plugs used to be will be covered with (bendy) rod mounts to hold the tent entry awing out and taught.
LED bar light is for late night nature calls.

Still no sigh of the suspension arms yet (a week after my last post) and I cant re-install the lid and tent till the wheels are back on and I can move the camper around for access.

I took the time to mount the speakers tonight. I will get the laser cut control panel during the week so I can mount the stereo and all the control switches and guages.
Note the new rubber seals on all the locker doors.

Greg.

Made a shovel mount for the rear tail gate during the week as well.

Under lid storage is all estapol'd and silicone sealed now.
