PROJECTA CHARGER FLASHING, NOT CHARGING

My PROJECTA 24v 8A 7-Stage charger has decided to have all 4 lights flashing but not charging.
I've tried turning it off and letting it cool down before turning it on, but to no avail.
Anyone got any suggestions, please?
Also please keep it simple, I'm no sparky.
This charger is for my electric boat motor, not the Tvan, but I have a similar charger in the Tvan as no doubt many others have also.

what voltage is the battery showing?, and asking the obvious but is it connected securely and in the correct polarity ?

Batteries haven't been touched for months.
Screen is flashing also and not showing anything readable.
No problems with asking the obvious, it ain't necessarily a obvious to all of us.
Can't find where I put the manual. I'll check that website, thanks.

Sounds like your battery is too low - most chargers won't charge a dead flat battery.  What voltage did you measure?
