Hi all, recently retired and looking to purchase a Tvan in about 10 months.
Just popping in to do some research, check out a few mods etc.

Welcome, you'll find lots of info on the forum.
There's usually friendly people, willing to help out, or encourage.
As well as an assortment of points of view.
Good luck, and sort through what you want in the Tvan, it'll make it easier at purchase time.
If you are close to Eildon in October, call in or attend at the gathering.
You'll be made welcome and get lots to look at.

Welcome aboard,
Lots to read and learn about Tvans and travelling on this forum.
I Retired 3 weeks ago and looking forward to more Travelling.
You didn't say if you are looking at a new(ish) or older Tvan.
We started with a 2004 model ( before they had names like Canning etc ). A pre-loved Tvan will get you anywhere your 4WD can tow it, and have confort when you get there.

Cheers

Thanks all, we have been camping all our lives, have just gone back to basics with a RV4, after many years with a camper trailer.
Not sure atm, but most probably will purchase a new one.

Take a run out to Outback HQ in Dorset Road Bayswater when you can.
They have some pre-loved Tvans out there, as well as new ones, for you to look over.
You might see something your happy with.
