I know this has been done before but search didn't bring anything up.  What is the eye plate high above the kitchen do?  thanks Peter

I may be wrong, but I am sure somebody once said it to hang a Versalite on.

Definitely a good use in times gone by. Now LEDs leave transistorised fluros for dead.

I should have said “leave my transistorised fluros for dead”. Yes I attach a LED strip light to this bracket. But is that it’s main purpose, to hang a light?

I think from memory, that it was Alan Mawson that told me that was the purpose of the eye plate.

My owners manual says that it is there to hang a light off of it
