Hello,

We have a issue with our smev 2000 series stove with the thermocouple after not using the tvan for 15 months. Track have been more than helpful to work on a solution. The issue is track don't stick parts for this stove. Track can supply a different brand that's required mods to kitchen. Looking for a quick fix/replacement part atm.

Has anyone had to buy parts or know where from? The importer cameac gave me the runaround.

If it's like my Domestic, try giving the protruding bits a light polish with 1500 wet and dry.

Mine worked better after that.

It's similar, the section that's in the flame I assume? I had a look tonight and it does look black and crusty where it sits on the burner.

Hi,

The add on eBay is a different at the Vance end. I have a brass threaded fitting.

Yes just the section that protrudes, no need to remove it.

Mine only required a light sand to clean it up.
