Hi Chris,

To release hot water service pressure. Also manual fluid drain.

I’d use the same pump again. However there are 4 chamber/quad Flow pumps that are very quiet that will work, however you need to look a psi ratings.

My 2018 Savannah has hot and cold pumps at 45psi, but there is a pressure reducer that takes it down to 23-25psi.

hey vk3gjm.
thanks for the reply , as for the pumps I think the older shruflo are discontinued and replaced with the 4009. but I could be wrong,

     cheers chris
