Resizing pictures for adding to threads.

As per the tittle any clues hot resize a picture on an IPhone 6 ?
I tried adding a picture however it won't load as the file is to big.

I resize photo's on a PC using Microsoft Office Pictures.

Try Google/Safari for how to do it on an IPhone:
"There are two ways to resize pictures on your iPhone: using the default Photos app, or a third-party app like Image Size"
