Easter trip 2012

[Tanami TVan]

A quick note on my trip at Easter
I Have posted this on another site (Gone Bush)But I think it may be relevant here also
Left Perth Thursday and headed East.First port of call was Karalee Dam




From there headed into Kal to top up with fuel and onto the Trans Access line.
Had lunch at Chifley siding and continued onto Rawlinna and the start of the
Connie Sue Highway.




Camped just off the track near Rawlinna (the obligatory sunset)



Headed North to Lake Rason Road and Plumridge Lakes.



Came across a different type of road train.



Sadly didn't find the turn off into the Lake area but will try again.
From there headed to Lake Rason a new road has been pushed thru by the Tropicana Group
Heads to the Eastern end of the lake I think the other way heads to Pinjin will look next time I'm out there.
Camped at the Lake then off to Mallee Hen rocks and then Laverton Menzies and Perth.
Also stopped off at the 7 millers shack on the way to Laverton But no-one was home





Really needed a couple of extra days trying to do to much.Next mission is the PNC Line and maybe the road Tropicana put in
