Hi all.

I'm interested in purchasing a Tvan and have a budget of $20 K approx.

I've been looking at an older models due to this budget...any advice around which models to avoid or buy?

The models (in my budget Jan'23) are: 2006 Tvan Tanami MK II 4.9m and a 2004 Tvan explorer 4.4m.

That 2006 Tvan for sale at $20k looks like a very good buy to me. The seller says negotiable and very few Tvans sell under 20k so I'd be seriously checking that one out. It has some extras as well plus a D035 hitch which is what the current models have.

Hi.
We bought an original run Tvan secondhand 7 years ago and it's still going strong. Older models have less to go wrong.
Planning a Big Lap next year.
Check the zippers as these get a lot of use.
