Hi everyone.

Have just bought a Topaz (2011) Canning.
Am a bit devistated by the forum comments on the internal fridges and difficulty in getting it adequately ventilated...
But I'm still happy with the purchase.

The forum has been a bit quite lately but still contains a wealth of knowledge in the previous posts.  You'll also find everyone's very quick to respond when you post a question or problem.

If you're into facebook, there's another forum somewhere in there as well.
