Logging on

Could someone explain why I need to log in with my pass word and user name.
When I do log in I mark the duration "forever". .

What browser are you using?

Also do you have something running that clears your cache?

Changed my IPad to i0s7.0.3 at the recommendation of my Apple shop. Have no idea why as the previous system was OK.
Most stupid thing I ever did. Nothing but trouble ever since !

Hi Chas,

We are running 7.0.3 and have no issues so I would say it something else. If you have bookmarked it, delete it and set up a new one.

Thanks guys. Think I will make a pilgrimage over to our Apple shop and join the hordes.
Changing the system to 7.0.3  was an absolute disaster for me. Lost all my photos plus all my emails and addresses (my fault for not backing up correctly)  Never again !! Proves the adage "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing"

Hi guys again.  All sorted no thanks  to the Apple shop or Apple help.
Had a computer nerd spend a couple of hours trying to sort out the problem.I am now a couple of hundered $ poorer but now have had the problem fixed.   Moral  is if you have an Apple IPad don't up grade it to iSO 7.
