Tvan Tvan / Re: Hot water showers - what to buy

We found the aquacube is tricky on really hot days as it just increases the temperature of the water. If the water is warm then it gets really hot with no way of mixing any cold. The Joocla looks the goods with real temperature control and good long hoses.

We came out of a shopping centre in Esperance and found a guy under the Tvan checking out the suspension. Just his feet hanging out! he had a fold over camper and was very interested in the suspension.

Yes
It was a great weekend of meeting new friends and sharing our passion for Tvans. Many thanks to Connie and Barron (Mr Gadget) and look forward to the next one.

We have finally been able to make the decision to come along to Eildon. We'll be there around lunchtime Friday.

Great idea, looking at the numbers of views to your pictures, you have generated a lot of interest.

You have noone to blame but yourself! Now you just have to get some pictures of the mounting brackets.

Brett,
Had an Oz pig for couple of years and wouldn't be without it. Operates in the rain, cook on it most nights and provides our very own compact bush TV. We carry it in a box on the drawbar. Doesn't
Require much wood and burns the little briquettes very nicely.

Ruth

Was at Yarrie Lake a year ago and it was a beautiful spot. We arrived on the Friday afternoon and while a bit of wind came off the lake, it was very pleasant.

However, Saturday morning saw the arrival of the ski boats - and they go hard and they go long. It would probably be pretty busy over Easter

I agree with you on the foam mattress, we were assured it would be OK. We ended up buying an innerspring from Jayco of all places.
It is a bit thinner than a normal mattress but very comfortable. We sleep feet to the front.

We just use a heavy plastic coated cable and padlock thru the wheel and around the drawbar. You won't stop the serious thief.

Not had a problem ourselves, but have heard of others losing their camper, especially when there is no annexe erected.

We have Triton and have no problems accessing the Drifta draws in the back.
