Just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have made enquiries regarding the bracket sets for the Quick Set Up Awning we have designed for our TVan.  A big thank you, also, to those of you who have ordered them ... and we hope you are as happy with your set-up as we are with ours.  We still have a few sets available, if anyone else needs or wants them ...

Hi all,
Just returned from a quick two week trip to the Flinders Ranges.
I installed Baron's brackets the day before I left the Southern Highlands NSW in pouring rain !!!
I used the quick awning every day except for a three day stay at Arkaroola where I put up the old full awning.
The bracket system proved to be very quick and effective when traveling .
A great idea.

Hi !!  Just FYI, we are in the process of designing brackets for the Mark 3 Tvan, with and without front boxes.  Will let you all know when they are available, once they have been designed and tested.  Thanks for all your queries.  Regards, Baron

Howday, All !!

Have been doing some creating / designing, and have come up with the prototype for the brackets for the quick Set Up Awning for the Tvan Mark 3 (see previous thread titled Quick Set Up Awning for TVAN (http://www.tracktrailerforums.com/index.php?topic=710.0), to see what this is all about).   They will fit Mark 3 Tvan's with or without the front box.  We are in the process of making them up, and they should be available in about 2 weeks.

Attached are a few photos showing the brackets (with awning attached) in various positions.

Hi Baron & Connie,

I happen to have a Foxwing Awning currently sitting in my garage unused. It is a drivers side unit so it's suited to fitting on the kitchen side of the TVan.  Are the brackets you have fabricated suitable for mounting a Foxwing awning ?

I will need to find a way to anchor the "tail" once opened however, that shouldn't pose any real problem (I think  ). As an added bonus, it would also cover the fridge area and offer more protection to keep my beer cold

Hi Vince,

Without seeing the back of the actual bracket thingy that attaches the awning to the vehicle, I can't say whether it would work with our brackets.  If you could send me a photo and dimensions of the back of the bracket, I would hopefully be able to give you a more definite answer !!
